NTT DATA: knowler first client
everis and NTT signed an agreement for the realization of a PoC (proof of concept) of the knowler product. It consists of an adaptation of a part of the everis knowler functionalities, the search engine, to the needs and use cases required by NTT. The everis knowler smart search engine, allows semantic searches in natural language, offering more precise results, detecting the intention of the user in each query.
The PoC consists of developing an application that allows searches on documents and people, all of them stored in NTT Document system. It was successfully presented on September 27th.
This proof of concept is integrated into the Japanese company’s strategy in the coming years to innovate and improve its knowledge management, providing value in the day-to-day of its employees, improving the efficiency and quality of its operations and processes.
