A new communication infrastructure
During the month of February a delegation of knowler team went to NTT Data headquarters in Tokyo to close the first phase of production launch of knowler, developed in the TIG Area of the company. During the week, everis’ technical managers verified the successful implementation of the Smart Knowledge Management solution in the NTT Data production environment, as well as the resolution of the different use cases raised. In the meetings held, the work plan for the following year was established, consisting of continuing with the implementation of everis Knowler in the rest of the company, as well as new contacts to strengthen the development of the product in Japan.
NTT Data is progressively implementing everis knowler, a solution based on Artificial Intelligence and Ontologies that allows searches for relevant information through keywords and file cards of documents and employees.
