NTT DATA uses knowler as its Smart Knowledge Management solution, focused on know-who and know-how. First production release in February 2019 was located in the Technology and Innovation General Headquarters, one of NTT DATA’s departments. The deployment has been progressively carried out along the different departments of the company.

As of November 2023, there are more than 17.000 active users and almost 48.000 curated contents available in the system. Proved time savings have been achieved in the preparation of commercial proposals and other management and daily tasks, thanks to the connection between documents and people, and the speed and ease in locating needed information.

Employee profile

The search engine allows to search in natural language or by keywords. It allows to find between people and documents related to the performed search. For each one of the results, the user can access to their specific profile to find out more information.

It’s a network that allows to see the relationships between documents and employees. The navigation through this network is dynamic and in real time, since the user can access the connections of all the elements shown.

It contains all the available information about the employee: contact information, professional information, job history and certifications. Also allows to see the employee connections, as well as the related documents.
